Feedback! (Patreon)

Hi guys, I just had access to my exit survey on patreon, (I didn't know I could see it xD), so I got some complaints about difficulties to access rewards specifficaly to lower tier patrons. This makes me rethink about the download method for lower tiers, when I started patreon I had searched some storage platforms such as MEGA, MediaFire, Google Drive, etc, after choosing MEGA I just realized it has download limit. Anyway I'm thinking about bring everybody to download via Gumroad, since it's easy and simple to download. If you have any suggestions or ideas leave a comment below!
