Toon practice 01 (Patreon)

Been wanting to practice a bit more with cartoons!! this one is a tiny warm up sheet that features some studies of sheets from mulan and alladin... and comicolor's sinbad the sailor! This reminded me on how studying the genie really helped me figuring out how Webisu could emote.

Usually I keep those to myself because dunno if you guys would like to see me studying another person's style. But if that's something you'd like to see, let me know!

Do you guys have any interesting sources for me to study? My aim is to study BD, old american cartoons and 50s-70s manga. One I'm particularly interested is 2003 Astroboy - they have a very toony flair with some more structure and solid shading, just like I try to do. Looking forward to that!
