Dark world link! (Patreon)

  I posted some older zelda art over my twitter this week and felt inspired to draw a piece! The iconic moment you go in the dark world for the first time, and your appearance.... has changed?!

 Also I wonder - I usually let my work pile up to post here as an artpack, but I wonder if you would like more individual posts for the pieces I do? Sometimes I'm not on a productive mood, doing commissioned artwork or I'm focusing on studies, so I end up making less pieces and it takes a while before I can post the few pieces I do in an artpack.

 I think I'll start posting them individually sometimes! I don't do it because I don't want to clutter your feed but I think that may be overthinking it <<<:

> I wanted to nail a feeling of horror and surprise on link's face. In retrospect I should have pushed way more y'know!  As a matter of consistency the eyes on both are the same, copy and pasted!

> Hard shadows! Can you guess why I didn't shade bunny link's tunic? It's because it's the same as the normal version, so to save time I just did the work of shading once!

>And... finished colors on them! The coloring I decided to do further mellowed the expression.... I'm glad he's stretching + squishing his face more intensely after shading, but I could have pushed that soooo much further. Also I didn't do a color sketch, neither for the background or for these two. It'd definitely be a better piece if I did!

> As I'm kinda unhappy with the final colors, I made an alt! It's more purplish!
