Production Notebook - 12/30/20 (Patreon)

I cannot stress enough how much importance I am putting on grouping my character designs together as I am working on them. 

While toiling away in the vacuum that is designing a single character I tend to get to a place where I "nail it" (even if its just for the time being) but then... put them next to another equally "nailed" character from the same concept and think: "Well, this doesn't work after all..."

Above, are some of my Jockstrap Academy crew - a mix of generic models and newer models with more personality - and I, in general, like all of these designs... until I line them up together and begin to take notes on sizing inconsistencies (eyes, heads, feet, hands, etc.) from character to character.
