Sketchbook - (Mr. Cornhole) 12-Inch Roommate (Patreon)

The New 12-Inch Roommate will feature a lot of the old supporting cast, except for one: the landlord, Mr. Fropley. Fropley was loosely based on the two landlords in the classic sitcom Three's Company, Mr. Furley and Mr. Roper. I never liked his design and I didn't enjoy drawing him, which is why after 100 strips or so, i put him in a coma. And eventually established The Wagners as the new landlords.

In the new strips, The Wagner's still own the building, but Fropley's role - the nearby nosey building authority figure - has been replaced with Mr. Cornwell, the grouchy superintendent. Known as "Cornhole" to the residents, he's under the thumb of the Wagners and tries to lord what little power he has over the tenants.

Above is the first doodles I did for the Cornhole design that i actually liked.
