MKUltra is just the tip of the iceberg. We in the US live in an evil empire/are the "bad guys" unfortunately

Thinking the US is the worst of the bunch is a… well I don’t want to say anything mean, but let’s just say don’t underestimate the rest of the world. Although I’ll give you this, your baddies are some of the “smartest” of the bunch and a smart bad person is far more dangerous than a dumb one. But trust me, you just know more about the US. There are many other things like that have happened all over the world (and are happening). It’s just that not everything is uncovered and brought to light for the rest of the world to read about.
