All you really need to know: 

I'm going to be changing my sleep schedule (big time), which will change my recording/streaming times.   

I will still put out the same amount of videos each month and stream the same amount of hours 💕 only the times are changing.

But basically, Friday streams will be 2h30 p.m. to 7 p.m. SAST 

Saturday streams will be 11h00 a.m. to 7 p.m. SAST 

Sunday streams will be 11h00 a.m. to 7 p.m. SAST 


In the end I think this will be great for my health, energy and motivation! I think my content will improve as a result :) have a great weekend!!

Hi Kayla, thank you so much for the life update. 😊 Making such a big change is never easy and your courage to make such positive changes in your life to move towards the life that you want is inspirational. I believe in you. You are doing the right thing focusing on what is important to you in this stage of your life. Enjoy what the new rhythm brings, be it the sunshine, fresh outdoor air, or simply having the beaches to yourself on Mon/Tuesday (man, I'm so jealous! ☀️😆). Enjoy all the little positive changes everyday and I know what you want will come. I'm rooting for you. 🥳

Will take some time to get your circadian rhythm / biological clock adjusted but the new schedule is so much more healthier for you. Thanks for the heads up!
