sorry I'm posting this on here a bit late xx Monday I was busy spending time with my parents and then yesterday I had a mild headache during the day, so I tried to get fresh air and stretch but by 5 p.m. it felt like my head was splitting open!! I went for a Thai Massage with stretching today and it helped so much (and drank a lot of water).
