Yeah so in the English, Nami and Zoro have American accents (specifically Californian accents) so that'd probably be hard to get past for you. Luffy's actor has a Spanish accent specifically a Mexican accent.

I was really surprised that you didn`t appreciate Nami at the beginning. We usually share similar views on characters like Vivi and Boa for example. Especially since you and Nami have similar personality traits. You both are very opinionated, intelligent woman who doesn´t hold back if they are think that they are in the right. That is why Nami is my No. 1 One Piece character and you are my favourite reactor. I could watch your rumblings for hours and still be entertained by it.

the only reason I didn't like Nami at the start of OP is bc she ran away with their ship :(( I was shocked and angry (as I think Oda intended us to be) and people jumped to defend her with spoilery type comments, so I got very annoyed with them and that (unfortunately) leaked into my feelings on Nami herself. If they had just be quiet, and let her backstory and reasons for doing that be revealed naturally, my experience would've been a lot different
