Well, to be honest, it's Winter on this side of the world ;) hahahha

But as you can see, I have some spaces in my schedule which I wanted to talk to y'all about.

Firstly, regarding new seasonals, I will be watching JJK and Bleach only (for now). Level 3 patrons will soon make recommendations and vote for a show to replace Arcane.

But as you can see, there would still be some slots open, like Sundays (after OP reactions) I have wide open! For now I was thinking using the time to catch up with things that got left behind... like finishing up AOT manga, finishing Gintama and then continuing OP manga read alongs from where we left off (chapter 943).

So from your side... let me know what seasonals you are most looking forward to or ANY reactions you'd like to see from me! I want to know what you are interested in (research purposes *taking notes*)! I will be making the same post on my Ko-fi soon to hear from everyone who supports me wherever <3 I know some of y'all are on both platforms! and that means the world to me! thank you <3

PS. I'm not 100% sure if I'm going back to having a "weekend" off like I had 2+ years ago... I'm just keeping it open as an option for now. Until I inevitably fill up my schedule with more and more things I want to do! but yeah I'd actually really like to use those two days for exercise, piano and art lessons :) let's see how it goes!

I would love for you to watch Rorouni Kenshin or Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead for the new seasonal.

Tiago Silva

I'm looking forward to Jujutsu Kaisen, Horimiya, Bleach, Bungo Stray Dogs, Fate/Strange Fake, Helck and Malevolent Spirits. Got some others but these partucilar ones I know I'm really eager to watch

You should check out Heavenly Delusions from last season. It was fantastic.

Mushoku Tensei and Rurouni Kenshin are my most anticipated anime.

animaechan

ehhh sadly I got a bit turned off from that show because I saw lots of the fans being resentful towards other shows and dissing them in order to hype up heavenly delusions... I almost picked it up around the start of the season though and maybe I would still watch it once the hype around it has died down

A one episode 55 minute special of the Fate series,it's kind of it's own spinoff from Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night but still it's own self contained series https://anilist.co/anime/154966/Fatestrange-Fake-Whispers-of-Dawn/

That's fair! There was a great romance anime last season called Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu ( The Dangers in My Heart ) that was fantastic and I usually don't generally go for romance anime.

Michael

For the upcoming seasonals I'm excited about Mushoku no Tensei, Bleach and JJK. As far as future recommendations for you, there's this anime called " Eight Six 86 ", it has such a great story, characters and the topics that the anime deal with will hit close home for you on my humble opinion.

BUDDY DADDIES LET'S GOOOOOOO

Was second guessing myself on 'any' reaction but Legend of the Galactic Heroes I want to see from you more than anything else right now. Reviews and notes as much as you like.

Assimilater

So I obviously still would really like you to see Too Cute Crisis. It was completely under everyone's radar this season and it is one of my favorite comedy anime, and it would be just perfect for you specifically I think. As far this next season my planning includes: Zom 100, Undead Murder Farce, The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: from Villainess to Savior, The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses, The Gene of AI, Sugar Apple Fairy Tale Season 2, My Tiny Senpai, My Happy Marriage, Mushoku Tensei, Jujutsu Kaisen, Horimiya, Dark Gathering. A lot of new series, have no idea which ones are gonna stick with me or which I am gonna drop tbh, these were just the ones that had interesting trailers / descriptions to me.

Now that I’m almost caught up in bleach, I’m most excited for that, JJK, kenshin and bungo stray dogs. The last one, BSD, is the one I want to see your reactions to!<3

Happy Winter 2023 season! ❄️☃️ I didn't know it's summer somewhere. 🤔 I do hope you you're able to incorporate the two days weekends back into your schedule, I think that was really good for your well-being. 🥰 As for reactions, I would like to suggest Yu Yu Hakusho and GTO for longer running shows. For a shorter seasonal, I know it's a bit of a gamble, but I would suggest Kakegurui XX. 🃏

@animaechan new patron 🥳 I'd like to seriously inquire about sponsoring a series since you have open slots and my favorite of all time was on your "Dying to Watch" list (Legend of The Galactic Heroes). I'll adjust my $pledge here to cover it if this is an option. - K

Mushoku Tensei coming out in 3 days is the biggest hype for me for Summer 2023. I assume the Hyperbolic anti-fans and fans turned you off from it? Otherwise it would be the perfect show to replace Arcane.

animaechan

haha you want me, the person who often has controversial opinions/butts heads with fandoms to an exhausting degree because of my own opinionated nature to react to something that was already wildly controversial from the first episode? just looking at the fandom from the outside is tiring. I highly doubt I would ever react to this show, and if I would, it would be a fansly reaction. But even on fansly, the shows I watch is mostly funny and even the bad shit that happens in the show is NEVER in question about whether or not it IS in fact bad. So yeah I won't be watching a show about a man in a child's body doing who knows what from the very first episode...

animaechan

but I am curious, how exactly would it be the perfect show to replace arcane?? ^^' my level 3 patrons choose that show based on what they believe I would like most (obviously popularity is also a factor). But do you really believe someone like me would enjoy mushoku tensei?
