you have to be a tier 3 patreon, tier 3 twitch sub and also have the highest gifts of the month in her twitch to be able to sponsor an anime or just a movie, is that correct

The anime series are usually from being a tier 3 patron and voting on the poll (which is how arcane was picked). Getting a ~2h slot once a month comes from either being in the top 3 bitters on twitch for the month or being the top tipper on fansly for the month

you cannot anymore. That use to be an old reward on patreon. Every now and then though, I will take a recommendation from people though, e.g. ping pong the animation is a recommended anime. But yeah unless you're an active part of the community I don't think options like that will be noticed
