Here is the next batch of episodes. Another patron helped me to reupload to Google Drive from episode 200 - 600 FAST, but somehow those videos got blocked again. The videos I uploaded in small batches (from 100 - 200) didn't get blocked (yet). I'm not sure why this happened, but in the mean time, you can at least use the Streamable links and the few GD links while they still work. 

At the moment I can't do anything more than this, sorry~

These fansubs are not doing the original translations justice. Ep. 250, Franky said while trying to hold back the train, he said "I want to be like you" instead of "You were always my goal" or something like that. Also, in Ep. 249, the Pluton blueprints can be interpreted as an inheritance, we don't know how long ago the blueprints were passed down or even when, just that there is sentimental value in something akin to a father passing down an heirloom to his son (we saw clearly that Tom basically thought of Iceberg and Franky as his sons). The blueprints also represent the magnum opus of shipbuilding, like a Rembrandt or a da Vinci painting. Or using your analogy of the nuclear weapons, imagine if they were just blueprints, like you said it could be used as a future deterrent or just the thought of having such a masterpiece in your possession would make anyone with the particular knowledge of shipbuilding to be hard-pressed to burn them.
