Zoffy is my favorite character. I hope he finds the One Park and defeats the Chichibukai. Regarding having a weekly event to look forward too, a lot of that was anime back in the day. On the weekend, you'd watch the new episode of Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh, then come Monday morning in school all your friends would talk about it (or Wrestling or South Park). Magazines were more of a monthly thing, so TV shows took their place as the go-to topic. That and video games and card games (which were the 1-2 Punch because of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh). That slowly evolved to online forums and chatting about the latest anime episodes from Japan. Very similar to what we do today! But back then, watching live broadcasts of shows from another country were a hassle. But it fostered a group of friends within a community that'll always be looked upon fondly.
