It's funny, the overhaul arc felt like it was supposed to be much better than it was, since it felt really awesome in the manga. Some people suspect that part of the reason for that is because the anime split their talent between the new MHA movie during that arc, but i personally have no idea

The phoenix symbolism thanks to Hawks' wings was brilliant with Endeavor flying and burning up what he considered to be his past self (the Nomu obsessed with power) and reborning as a new symbol.

i think you should rewatch 11/12/13, i remember at the time you was a bit exhausted with MHA or something. Maybe it missed the mark because you was burned out on it i dunno :) something to consider

I think that the last episode of this arc is without a dout the best my hero has been up until this point. Truly a 10/10 episode

Oh my god kt u're the first reactor i have seen who understood the last scene in episode 25! Im so glad cause everyone be like wtf is happening who are they.. like they didn't even watch the anime and just see this scene damn!! That triggers me so much sorry😂 but its soo obvious if you know the story. In this dream we see all who had one for all just all might isn't there cause he is alive and they look at how all for one created one for all. I think its so easy to understand or at least know who the characters are after seeing all mights master but whatever you knew what was going on so you're smart i like that xD love your reactions and to everyone: have a nice day uwu

He kinda is there...maybe? I at least interpret the shadowy yellow figure in the background as Allmight. Deku has his green sparks when activating one for all and Allmight has a yellow theme there...

Nice! Finally we get to hear Jiro’s awesome song 😁 I do agree that she could have been featured more during this arc. What I tried (and failed) to point out during the stream was that Gentle’s antics and villain videos, although it would have been better if he managed to turn his life around sooner, I wonder if La Brava would then still be alive? She was depressed almost to the point of suicidal and finding Gentle through his videos was what pulled her back. So despite a few minor crimes committed along the way, at least his villainous videos had that good thing going for them. And now they both hopefully get a second chance.

One thing all reactions of this last episode for the season I’ve seen (and I’ve seen at least 10) have in common: even though the reactors might not particularly liked or cared for Endeavour before, at some point in the episode they all have fallen silent, staring at the screen with a look of genuine WORRY in their eyes. Then cheering him on in his fight. Something about this episode really seems to get people pulled in. The visuals, OST, voice acting, writing... This is a PLUS ULTRA episode for sure! 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

They might have found each other some other way, they might not have. Gentle could have approached streaming in some other way, and she might've stumbled upon him. But yeah, just because good came from bad does not justify or change the fact that someone's actions were wrong for me so there's no point in thinking about it from that perspective imo :) That's kind of what frustrated me about his character. People kept trying to justify his behaviour or "look on the bright side" like "he's not even that bad" etc. In the end tho, he acknowledged that he was on the wrong path tho and that's all that matters to me. "hopefully they get a second chance" - if they pay their dues, they will. It's in their hands. What they become from here on depends on their actions :)

Loves in internet :D Young woman who lives in SA complains about bad internet..... Well here in Germany the internet is like 5th world stuff. That is how bad the connection can be. Everything is just old and slow. Even in villages you can have 100 mbit/s on the main street but only 6000kbit/s on a side street. The most common in cities would be 100mbit/s some places might have 250mbit/s. But you can still find many streets that still have only 16 or 32mbit/s. The highest I could find was 1Gbit/s for 82,86 € (93.51$ right now) every month. But i think that's only for bigger company's. I pay 36,27€ for 100 mbit/s and I have like 70-85mbit/s download in my house.

I’m not really trying to justify anything, more like looking at the whole picture and acknowledging that something bad also had something good with it (though mostly bad I guess). My view on Gentle is that yes he is a criminal, he performed crimes, no denying that, but he isn’t an evil person seeking out to hurt people. Mistakes, bad choices and bad luck led him to where he ended up. Some may like him some may not.

Not sure they’re necessarily in order. But yeah we saw a similar vision at the school festival and since you know about Nana and All for one at this point, the connection should be there?

Good reaction. And I agree. I think this fight is among one of the best episodes of MHA. The music, the animation, the meaning of this fight for Endeavor. Did you also notice than the Endeavor's fan with pink hair may be an impersonation of Natsu from Fairy Tail XD ? I think this episode has an enormous impact on me because of the character development of Endeavor since the beginning of the series. The first time you saw him was at the sport festival but, from Todoroki's perspective at that time : he hated him. And when he said "Nomu... you... are me... from the past... or from a different future", my heart was crying internally. It is so symbolic because he destroys his past self himself... What an episode!

All bad things can lead to good things and good things can lead to bad things. That is just life. Many bad guys have good intentions but that doesn’t make what they do okay. Your argument just sounds to me like you’re downplaying crime as long as something a little nice comes from it.

I am NOT saying that and I don’t know why you keep interpreting it as that. Saying something good came of it does not imply downplaying, excusing or anything really. (I mean it could, but I’m saying I’m not.) I just wanna notice and be thankful that this one good thing DID happen. DESPITE all the bad things. It could easily have not. And that would obviously been worse.

To each their own. We choose to emphasize different things. For me, whatever good MAY come from any bad is irrelevant in a situation like this. Because MAYBE she could have come out of her depression some other way and not taken part in crimes. MAYBE if she found Gentle’s videos and he wasn’t making videos about crime, they might be making content together right now instead of going to prison or w/e and only being together once they’ve paid their dues. Good could’ve come from a good situation and I’m not going to act like she was only saved because Gentle was doing crime.

His start is the best episode in the anime. It is peak MHA for the anime, however, the arc that the manga is on is way way way better than this fight. Its unreal and it's a shame it's going to be years to see it animated.
