What are some of YOUR favorite romance anime?

Neither of these are 100% romance but Sakamichi no Apollon and Nodame Cantabile are two shows I absolutely love where there's an element of romance in there. Both are very realistic in the way the romance is portrayed in that it's more of a friendship dynamic between characters that slowly grows into something more over time etc. I can highly recommend them, they're both incredibly good.

I haven't seen a lot of romance anime, and I think one of the ones I'll mention doesn't exactly fall into that category ha ha. I really like Shigatsu wa kimi no uso (Your lie in April); It has music, comedy, its touch of drama, beautiful backgrounds, colors and romance. It is one of my favorite anime for the combination of all that. Other animes with a romantic touch are Lovely complex and Toradora, both with their dose of comedy and little drama. I really enjoyed when I saw them. I'm trying to remember more anime, I know I've seen more ha ha, but nothing comes to mind. I have seen some anime movies with romance

TORADORA! It's sooooo good. The characters are really raw and really mature along the way. They have their own personalities and quirks, but these are not all that the characters are. Instead, they do have more depth, background, things that matter to them and more.. I really think that KT will love Toradora :)

Ao Haru Ride or My little monster are great romance anime even read the manga afterwards really amazing characters and story. not just focused on one pairing but multiple as well as hardships of life.

I watched and read both of those! Loved them. If you are in the mood for something similar, try Kimi ni Todoke (manga). Out of the 3 anime, I'd say Ao Haru is my favorite. But out of the 3 manga, Kimi ni Todoke is by far my favorite.

I didn't watch Gintama 93 reaction yesterday and realized you have already watched Toradora. Among the romance anime that you browsed, I strongly recommend Clannad! The first season is really really fun, great character development, comedy, highschool vibes and romance. The second season is really emotional and romance too :)
