These episodes were such a good emotional climax for Yukine and Yato. The voice acting alone almost made me tear up. After seeing Yukine grow wings while he was turning into one of those evil spirits, I wonder if he would have been much stronger than regular evil spirits. In that case I think it could be interesting if they have to fight against a transformed divine instrument in the future. Hopefully this upcoming fight with Rabo (from what we saw in the preview), improves upon the issues I have with the action scenes in this show. The fight with Bishamon was pretty good, so hopefully we get more of that. Because as much as I love the story and characters, having some great action would really improve the show for me.

What a beautiful episode that was, so much feels and it tied out really well developing pretty much all the characters and their relationships.

I wasn't able to watch these on stream with ya but it was nice rewatching these episodes as always. as a manga reader for Noragami i can tell you that the manga does go into alot more details for most of the situations that happen during episodes 1-10. But the anime still did a good job :)

The first anime series sort of adapted the first four volumes of the manga, but that mysterious white haired dude is an anime-only character created by the author. Although he was a big part of a special Noragami manga chapter not part of the main series. There's 21 volumes of Noragami manga, plus a few chapters not in a volume yet, so after finishing both seasons of the anime, I recommend reading the manga, whether for reaction or just for your own enjoyment.

If you ever wanted to check out the OVAs, it'd be best to watch second one after the the first half of season 2 since it takes place after those events. They're not technically canon though so it's not really a requirement, just a couple of light and fun episodes to spend more time with the characters if you have the time :)
