I’m hyped for your season 3 reactions. I’ve become a little obsessed with this series in recent months, I’ve resorted to going back and reading matches a few times over. Also I can’t wait for the “Land vs Sky” OVA’s, it’s got one of my favourite matches in it.

Of course, Episode 24 is one of the most epic moment in sport anime ;) I like your reactions to Haikyuu (and One Piece). I shout so loud during all the episode, mostly at the end. The music at the end of episode 24 is called Makkou Shoubu, and is in my "Motivation" playlist XD I can't wait to see your reactions to season 3. Season 4 is around the corner on January 10th, 2020 :) EDIT : Oh and I suggest the following rythm for season 3 : Ep1-2 / Ep3-4 / Ep5-6-7 / Ep8-9-10 Haikyuu is well animated, ok. The chara design is excellent, ok. But the realisation is above every thing. The character development and the subtle touches in "bro"/epic moments are well orchestrated by Yuki Hayashi's music (My Hero Academia, Blood Lad, Welcome to the Ballroom....)

I'm not an Oikawa fan but I like all of Haikyuu characters. One of the things I like about Haikyuu is that the MCs aren't "too special", and there are characters that could have been MC in an alternate universe. Oikawa is one of them. His inferiority complex with Kageyama, his one-sided rivalry against Ushikawa, his ideology, and personality are enough to be the lead in his own story. I don't know if it's because of his VA, or because he's the direct rival of your favorite character, but I feel like sometimes you are too defensive against Oikawa. It's like if other Aoba Johsai members say it, it's fine but if it's Oikawa, it's not. Yea he was mean before, and still very much butthurt now but everything he said about Karasuno in the last 3 episodes is all genuine compliments. He dislikes Kageyma out of jealousy, so in a way, you can say he does respect and recognize Kageyama's talent. And even though acting like Oikawa would be childish, I think most of us would relate more to him than to Kageyama. Kageyama is a natural-born volleyball genius. He does work hard but he already had the basis that is his instinct. It is hard not to compare yourself with someone several years younger, doing this sport later, yet can pull off things that you have taken so much time to practice. It's not that he doesn't understand how hard Kageyama works, but the starting line is different. And we see these people in our daily lives too, people that are naturally better than us at the things we have done for years. Like Oikawa, we'd feel frustrated, because no matter how much we try, the natural talent gap is that big. Yet Oikawa is currently a better setter than Kageyama in almost every way. This will definitely change by the end of the series, but that fact in itself is a testament to how brutally harsh he must have pushed himself. In Haikyuu, no school is a powerhouse for no reason. And they all work hard for it. That is why when Karasuno beat them, it's that much more satisfying. And I'm not criticizing you or anything, just pointing out things if you didn't realize already about such and such character. Really looking forward to seeing your reaction to season 3. The animation just keeps getting better and better tho.

YES! I was waiting for this episodes :D Also, it would be great if could react to the Seijoh after match, it was skipped on the anime but added for the 3rd recap movie after the game ended. If you cant i would still recommend to watch it by yourself.

ffs im just waiting for this moment + for S3 im watching this anime like 3 time now 4th with you and still hyped fuucking Great anime + still i tell you if u want another hype there is Rival for Haikyu ( kuroko no basket ) is Basketball with another 3S and Full of hype if u like ;)

Those episodes were amazing I was shaking. Glad our boys win and I hope we re gonna see Oikawa again in the future he's a monster If you wasn't reacting to Haikyuu I would probably never watch this anime thx to the man who sponsored the show
