Speaking about fillers, from episode 29-31 we got em. Now 29 episode, if I'm not wrong, is half canon, while from episode 30 and 31 we got fillers but they are related to canon, case introduce some characters that will appear in 32 episode, and this filler have good pacing and storywise they suit to canon. Maybe this is why I believe it will be good to not skip fillers at least this time.

Yeah, this set of filler is fun. I usually enjoy watching these. Overall, the filler in Dragon Ball is not bad. There are some duds but most are fine to good.

Also speaking about moment when Yamcha eyes showed Bulma boobs, in anime it wasn't censored either, you can see those pink things in color :D

IDK if anyone has told you this, but now that you're here, here's a fun fact. The reason why the Dragon Balls were gathered so quickly was because Dragon Ball was originally supposed to be a one shot. Toriyama thought about ending it after they gathered the 7 balls, but ultimately he and his team decided to keep writing and it was the 21st World Tournament (this arc) where the series skyrocketed in popularity.
