Ok, talking about review, If I'm not wrong, next arc(after Tournament) is actually pretty long arc, if I'm not mistaken it's 50 episodes or more long. Also I don't think that you need to make big reviews, but at least show yours thought on events that happened in episode. I mean, right now it's hard to do, because of comedy and fact that there is still wasn't real danger for MC and many things was predicteble. So I believe you will find best way how to make reviews on parts where plot actually will turn crazy.

Redding Tier

You can definitely see the influences here up until now. You can see how Goku is what lead to early Luffy and early Naruto's creation. And with Bulma, you can see quite a bit of Bulma in early Nami and early Sakura. If Goku's the father of Luffy and Naruto then you could say that Bulma is the mother of Nami and Sakura.
