PS. I just wanted to say - Yes, the show did tell us not to assume anything when it comes to diagnosing illnesses or solving mysteries, but I think it's normal for anyone to feel a certain way towards a character that was deliberately being framed in a negative light. Especially considering the main character's hostility towards them. It's almost natural for the viewer to reflect the emotions (or feel from the perspective of) a main character like Maomao.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to my patrons (who are also LN readers) for not spoiling or hinting at anything. The twist was really exciting as a result of that!
