Here is the QnA post for this month- as I've mentioned before I'm doing these in text posts from now on so they're easier to consume, instead of the longwinded rambly videos... I got a little bit less questions than usual, but, cest la vie.. Well, here I go:

What’s the origin of the specific design of ‘Bird’ you put in your films?👀 

When I was making Earth is Flat I just thought a lot of stuff like that was funny, like really manic expressions on super flat characters, and I thought it was just fun to draw weird little birds like that.  I kind of found a symbolic use for them over time through just intuitively figuring out where they belonged as I wrote stuff.

do you have a favorite song from the ascensia soundtrack?

i really love all of them for different reasons... of course Hold On Sailor is my favorite though, I think it's amazing and I'm so lucky to have Jenna on my team to write it... I think it's really honestly powerful and it makes me feel emotional

I was really inspired by people like Lori Damiano, Amy Lockhart, Sally Cruikshank, Richard Condie, & Priit Parn, and others.. But those people really made me consider different avenues of expression...
