New translation to help me with? (Patreon)
Content
Hi patrons :D
I've got a new translation to work on! THIS IS THE LAST ONE FOR AUGUST to help with!!
This translate will be this week, then Memory (which you all have already NAILED) and then Twitter Bios after that (which I'll do myself so it stays a surprise for youuu). But this week- let's MEDITATE with Google Translate. I'm excited to make this ridiculous.
Side note, it's the MALINDA channel's birthday. That lil baby channel would not be here if it weren't for you all, and I am so excited to take you all on the journeys I have planned for it!

Welcome to your daily meditation.
First things first, find a comfortable position sitting up straight with your feet planted on the floor, your hands resting on your lap or on your knees.
And very gently, when you’re ready, close your eyes.
Pay attention to your breath. Feel it come in through your nose and out through your mouth. In, and then out.
On the next inhale focus on sending the breath down into your belly. Keep your stomach loose without trying to control anything. Let your breath drop and ground you in the moment.
Now we’ll do a body scan. Start with the top of your head, and into your face. Is there tension in your forehead, around your eyes? What about your jaw and your neck?
Send your attention into your shoulders, down your arms and your spine. Just notice any areas of tension. Don’t necessarily try to change them, just notice them without judgement.
Acknowledge what your body is doing and how your emotions are responding to this moment and this moment only. Don’t think about the next moment; you can’t control what happens then. Simply observe yourself in this moment in time.
And ask yourself, what if you gave yourself permission to allow everything right now to be ok? You are seated in a chair, breathing and caring for yourself. All in your world right now is ok.
When you feel that your mind has become restless or has started to wander, don’t get frustrated with it, simply let the thoughts fade away as the previous moment and return to the present one.
Thoughts come and go like cars on a road in front of us- simply watch the most recent thought drive by.
In the last minute of the session, don’t try to do anything. Let your mind do what it wants to do, and try to open it up as large and expansive as the sky.
Anything from your breath, your body, the sounds of the room, even thoughts can appear in your consciousness, and you can watch them fade away as quickly as they came.
Take one last deep inhale into the stomach through your nose and out through the mouth, and on your exhale you can slowly open your eyes.
Thank you for your practice and your dedication that you are showing to yourself. I’ll see you back for your practice tomorrow.
