Lady Dimitrescu -- Exclusive 4/1/23 (Patreon)

I have done Lady Dimitrescu before, but both times I don't feel like I did her justice -- there were a couple of design details that I had missed, and I wasn't thrilled with her likeness. This time around, I was able to reference her full 3d model, as well as get photos of the facial model, Helena Mankowska. c:
