I figured it was time I brought in another piece featuring one of my OCs, with Erin being my main, tried, and true.


I wanted to try a slightly-different style with this one, focusing on a more free-flowing lineart. I tried some different brushes, and didn't get too locked-down or obsessive with every single detail, with the exception of the important features (such as the face and feet). I tried some subtle colored lineart as well, which helps the figure blend in a bit more with the background, rather than being purely defined by the black silhouette/frame of the lineart. All of this seemed to give a much softer result, that is more painterly in style. It was fun to do something different!


Also, I don't have any gifs of original characters, so here's a nice gif of Natalie Dormer, who served as inspiration for this edgy gal.
