In this update, we are focusing on making exploring the caves feel meaningful, and not just a place to grind some levels. We made a bunch of new monsters and a bunch of maps, reworked most of the equipment, and are rebalancing the enemies strength.

The player will probably spend more time in the caves, but it will have more rewards and a little questline to follow, it will unlock more areas and more characters.

Of course, we will need your feedback to make sure the new caves won’t feel like a chore, and because some people are more comfortable breezing through the games and just focus on the scenes we will add some ways to make the experience easier.

Also, we will reintroduce a few things, Viz’Zera questline won’t be optional and will be needed to proceed through the caves, but completing it will unlock to the player a companion that will fight alongside the protagonist inside the caves, making the experience easier.

Yes, after a little progress there will be a second playable character in fights inside the caves.

To close this update, remember the merchant inside the cave? We reworked her and made the woman an actual character that will be a “guide” to the caves, offering tips and selling stuff to help exploring. She does have a name now, but until the player finds it out in-game she will be called “Creep”. (when her real name is unlocked she take off her hood and expose her face)

Her “name” Creep, is temporally given to her because of her weird personality and creepy tendencies, overall I think she is really cute! I hope you guys enjoy her and the rest of the update as well.
