⭐ Hi everyone :D

💚 Thanks for your interest and messages.

I feel way better now, and I remembered how important is to make often a break to practice some exercice and move the body,

so these days I'll slowly recover my activity with you, as I work to fix the problem.

The point is, I had belly issues since days because of rl stress and bad habits I accumulated these late months, so I required to pay a visit to the doctor.

The next plan:

  • Schedule a weekly fasting day
  • eating healthy and organic food to help digestion
  • drink lots of water
  • go swimming, practice relaxing exercices, stretching out, walk/run around
  • pauses every 30 minutes sitting at the computer...
  • then let the body regen.😌

This is not only helpful to recover health, but also, good mood, creativity and enthusiasm!
