Tank numbers (Patreon)

As part of the current visual overhaul effort, new models in GHPC are getting support for tank numbers.  These identifying marks will be consistent with real-world application for the vehicle in question.  For example, on this T-55A, the 3-digit number is painted on the turret, and the last two digits are copied in the metal stencil cap on the rear turret light for convoy driving.
