Hey everyone, just a fun one day pic here to celebrate the release of Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate showdown (it's free on PS4 if you have PS+)! The Virtua Fighter series has meant a lot to me over the years, so I was glad to see it come back after so long! Pai is my forever main, so I had to draw her, and it had been in the back of my mind for a while now. I decided to go with her VF4 look, because it's basically her VF5 look but with a hat. The hat is an iconic part of her design in my opinion, and 4 Evolution is where I started with the series, so it felt right to me. The dialogue here is a harsher, more blunt version of her iconic win quote: "あなたには功夫が足りないわ。(Anata niwa kunfū ga tarinai wa) — You sadly lack real Kung Fu skills/Your Kung Fu was not enough."

Speaking of Chinese girls with hats, Hsien-ko is almost done and should be out within the next couple of days! Please look forward to that and my super big surprise coming after, soon~ <3
