Broccoli Mini! A Really Rather Terrible Painting Guide! (Patreon)

So, I painted these for the four Sleepy Bird Patreons, and of course, anyone in the Black Bird tier at the end of this month will be getting a blank Broccoli of their own along with Cinnamon Bun Volume five soon! 

Alright! So! For this one, I used the following paints:
Army Painter:
- Mummy Robes
- Matt White
- Matt Black
- Blue Tone (Wash)
- Soft Tone (Wash)
- Leather Brown
- Ash Grey

Pro Acyrl:
- Sky Blue
- Beige Red

AK Interactive:
- Matt Black
- Weathering Pencil (Black)

Started with a matt black primer! 

Next, a base coat of Sky Blue! It's very close to the colour of Broccoli's outfit, and it's a pretty colour anyway!

Next, two thin layers of grey, and a touch of white along the skirt's hem, the hem of her shirt, and Broccoli's poofy tie!

Next, a thin coat of Mummy Robes, which makes Broccoli very pale. 

Broccoli's skin is toned towards a nice pink with a beige wash! That's done by mixing beige with a lot of water so that it's very thin. The brown here is Leather brown, applied to her hair and gear!

Next, the cobbles are painted in grey, and several washes are applied:

A soft tone on her hair to give it some texture, and over the ground to weather it a little.
A blue tone wash over the skirt, to darken the recesses a little.
Also, VERY important. Broccoli needs a tail! In this case, it's made with a itty bit of cotton ball with PVA glue! Squish it up right over her booty!

The very last part is drawing a few little lines for her mouth and eyes! And I added a little flower tuft because I think that Broccoli would like that! Yellow stands out prettily!
