As an added note, to the Black Bird Tier Patreons: Amazon hasn't delivered your books to me yet. They should be arriving this week, after which time I'll autograph and post them over. Those of you outside of North America might have to wait a bit. International shipping is sloooow (and expensive, sheesh!)
