Patreon Mentions (Patreon)

Hello,

There's something I've been meaning to implement for a long time; a list of Patreons that helped support my stories that would appear at the start or end of every chapter. I did something similar once, and ran into the issue that some people didn't wish to be mentioned by name. So I'm trying something with this poll.

The categories should be self explanatory. For the third option, please either send me a PM or wait until the poll is over where I'll be contacting you for a name that you wish to be known as!  I really want to credit you guys since without your assistance I would definitely not be able to write half as much as I can.  You're helping me fulfill my dream, thank you!
