This mod brings the wet effect of the Indian Port: Impending Storm stage, with some variations.

• Wet: The effect as it is.
• Soaked: More wet (the one in the video).
• Washed: Yep, with the clothes on.
• Shiny: So shiny that it almost looks as oily.

It is applied to every character in every stage and menu. It edits a base setting of the game, so it's an all-or-nothing mod and can't be applied only to some characters or stages.
