• Gloves: Holy Knight Vambraces.
• Pauldrons: Holy Knight Pauldrons.
• Boots: Holy Knight Cuisses.
• Dagger: Sugar Doll (Extra Item). Meant to be placed in Thigh (Right).
• Sword and Shield: Gladiatrix (Sophitia).

You can use the White Knight template to add the items. You'll have to manually edit the hairstyle, dagger and weapon (or not, your character your items).
