Big Announcement (Patreon)

I thought I'd let you guys in on this exciting news first (I literally have not told anyone outside of my family and a few close friends).  

I have been busy over the last year planning, writing and overseeing the photography and layout for my first ever cookbook!  There are heaps of my favourite dessert recipes in there with a chapter on pastries, ice-cream, yummy cakes, artistic desserts and of course chocolate desserts.  Each chapter has its own intro explaining the food science that you'll need to know for success every time.

This morning I went through the final proof and signed off on it.  Tomorrow the publisher will send it to the printers!  That thought fills me with a nervous excitement.

EDIT:  It is hardcover, amazon has it incorrectly listed as paperback.  The publisher has put in a correction that will go through in the next couple of days.
