Hello, friends! Normally there would be a livestream this Saturday but I am not quite up to it yet. And next week there are scheduling issues, so: Saturday 4th February, 1600 GMT, we'll be streaming again.

Sorry to miss this month, but I am trying very hard to be sensible and not do too much, and I am still a bit up and down.

Going in the right direction though, which is to say generally up. :)

I raise my cup of hot tea with honey & second (sixth?) the concept of "rest". Difficult, I know, but occasionally necessary. I'm attempting it myself. If you have cats, they make an excellent restraint!

Rosamund has to rest when slashed with a knife, you have to rest when you're sick. Neither of you enjoy it but as least being sick doesn't ruin a nice surcoat.... Usually.

For what it's worth, I agree with Jonathan. If you're still under the weather next week, I would understand if you cancel the stream rather than push yourself too hard.
