YouTube STILL has a problem with ads running next to decidedly not-brand-safe content. Everything from North Korean propaganda videos to people with disturbing and illegal ideas about children and consent. But why can't YouTube crack down effectively? How has it tried to in the past? What's up with the algorithms? And do they need a bigger moderation team (Yes. The answer to that one is always yes.)
