Life goes on, one day after another. I made a promise that I would watch one educational video per day and so far I've kept it up. I love learning, and I decided to work with my strengths rather than my weaknesses. The cats are fine and everyone is as healthy as can be expected, so life is as good as it gets.

Sorry to hear of an unwell toddler amidst the other chaos! Hope that situation resolves itself quickly! New Year’s Resolution wise, I resolved to go hiking more (I spent most of 2016 hiking around my beautiful home state when I wasn’t at work, then 2017 was just an awful year on several fronts and I barely did, so want to get back into it this year). So far I’ve been hiking every weekend except the most recent one, because on my last adventure I nearly died when I stepped on a boulder that plunged ten metres down a mountainside - thankfully, gripping reflexes were discovered at the same time!
