Here is a 6-step process of the Luna painting from concept to completion.

You can download the PSD source file for Luna from Konosuba here. There is a folder to toggle the NSFW alt, as well as many layers for certain colors and effects in the foreground, Luna and the background.

Don't have Photoshop or software that will open Photoshop files? You can open it with online PSD editors like Photopea. It will also load in other painting software like Clip Studio Paint, Krita and GIMP (amongst others), but they may not necessarily support every Photoshop feature and thus may look different when you open them in other software.
