There are many versions of Mami in the multiple worlds of Madoka - but in the one people are most familiar with, she gets her head bitten off by the adorable Charlotte, condemning her to a painful and lonely existence as a "witch" until she is inevitably purged by a magical girl. Mami even dies in another timeline after going on a murderous (but well-meaning) rampage, only to be taken down by Homura. Fun!

Wiz from Konosuba! (Score: 6.63 of 24 - 1 is best)

Wiz is the owner of the Magic Item Shop in Axel who just so happens to be a Lich - a powerful undead being usually known for their powerful sorcery and magic. Nicknamed the "Ice Witch", her lich-y powers allow her to siphon the strength and stamina out of other people with just her mere touch! Despite her history and skills, she is quite timid and shy, and no longer seeks to destroy the Devil King.
