The Mechder's body is maintained by nanites, microscopic robot drones. If damaged, the nanites repair the body, and if the nanites themselves are destroyed then new ones are constructed inside the body. The lower body is fucking the girl inside her holes as well as having a pipe piercing the testicles which drugs that cause them to become much larger, and keep the girl on the edge so she can cum at any moment.
