The eye collars are based on the famous monster Kuromaru from Mugen, but in this game their lore is they were created by the Nabokov Broodmother, the leader of the Nabokov Ascended. They refer to her as "Mother", and she originated evolve the Nabokov masks. The purpose of the eyes is to monitor her Nabokov troops. If one of them betrays her or runs away, she can take control of them to bring them back for punishment.

When a woman is captured, they are masked and transformed. Their body is modified, like their hips or legs being made plump, getting larger breasts and more. Their body is turned into soft black latex. When complete, the mask merges with their head, replacing their face.
