Wish this came out on PS/Saturn because this is one of the last ‘famous’ RPGs that never came to more accessible system. It LOOKS cool but the fact this is SNK’s only RPG is quite apparent. I played through the first 10% after holding down the speed up button in the emulator

It did come out for the PS1 and Saturn. I mentioned the reception the Saturn version had. Unless you mean a fan translation of those versions.

I definitely remember checking Wiki when the fan release came out. Must have had a brain fart. 😛 I like hearing about the history of how this game was delayed and cut over the years. Anyone building an RPG from scratch with the expectation of chrono trigger levels of presentation is going to encounter all kinds of scope creep
