Character Poll #10 - Shego (Patreon)

I gotta get back into writing these blog posts.

So hi everyone, Shego won the poll for March, I guess you all like a bit of bad luck... 

Anywho, I am beginning to question if I should keep posting things on twitter anymore after the new update goes live for it. For those that don't know, Twitter is changing the way the "For you" tab works, without a blue checkmark, your content won't show up in other people's For you tab. That affects me directly because I'm not big in the community that people will routinely check in on me or talk about me in discussions. So without exposure or any engagement on posts, which I get little to none of now, my stuff won't make it to new eyes unless I buy a blue checkmark (which I won't do because I don't stand for Elon and his ineptitude and transphobia). With nobody seeing the things I make and Patreon being a primary source of income, I won't be able to keep supporting myself during the school semesters. I've thought about moving to other places or going back to places like Deviantart or Pixiv, but DA is rolling out changes that limit what I can post as well as only giving your art protection for the first month it comes out from AI and art thieves. And if I were to go to someplace new, I would have to grow all over again. Not to mention, not knowing who would follow me there. 

It's a scary future I and many other smaller artists and creators are faced with. I wish I knew the answers but the uncertainty of this really has dragged me down since I heard about it. 

For the meantime, I'll keep posting on discord and here and hopefully I'll be able to keep my head above water. New poll for April's Pin Up will be coming out around the 15th
