''Wasn't as active as I've expected'' (Patreon)

Whenever a patron cancels their pledge they can partake in a survey to share their reasons why. I've noticed that sometimes someone cancelled because ''I wasn't as active as they expected''. I'm a little bit confused with that to be honest, because my profile states the amount of reactions I post weekly.
