hellooooo HT Homies - here we have quite the roaster of new tunes on this weeks live stream. New Caroline Polachek, Charli XCX teams up with Sam Smith, new Ryan Hall album (my choice), Sabrina Carpenter covered a taylor song and blew me away (surprise surprise). We also hit the new collab from Jung Kook, Kid Laroi and Central Cee, Rumors by The Drivers Era, new Dermont Kennedy, baebadoobee and Laufey teamed up for a bossa nova bop, and then we ended on "The Rest" by boygenius which dropped last week. Tune in next week for us listening to Taylor's Version of 1989!

Dermot Kennedy’s cover of Anti-Hero by TS is amazing

Taeya Holmes

Are you going to react to 1989 stolen version?

You should react to the new Chelsea Cutler album!!

Maggie

Petitioning right now: please listen to the new FIZZ album when it drops next week. I know that the drop is on the same day as Taylor, but I REALLY think the FIZZ album is going to be the best album of this year. It’s a collaboration of some of your fellow YouTube folks (Dodie, Orla Gartland, and two other pals of theirs), and all of the singles have been unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. SO GOOD!

Nikki

Please check out Jennie “You & Me”

Maggie

Dermot Kennedy is Irish (just like Hozier) and he’s often the #1 artist in Ireland, chart topping every time he releases! His albums are much more produced, but this single was a derivative song with similar melodies as his latest album.

Kalee

Mallory

Please, please react to more of The Driver Era! Maybe even react to them performing live because their live vocals are so good!

Mady Diehl

I think he reacted to me & my dog when he listened to the record, but I don't think he's heard the others! It's amazing!

Mady Diehl

loved this one! been busy so finally catching up on old streams which is so nice! i know you get hundreds of requests, but if you ever want to listen to something oddly comforting but super sad and nostalgic, i think you would love lucy dacus' most recent album home video. she's such an amazing storyteller and the instrumentation on that album is a+! julien's solo work is also fantastic of course (my favorite is sprained ankle).

Please listen to some more Dermot! He’s incredible and his songs “Innocence and Sadness” and “An Evening I Will Not Forget” are so lyrically enchanting.

You should react to McKenna Grace!!

Coclementine

Loved this reaction!! I would also scream/cry if you reacted to Back on 74 by Jungle; specifically the music video. Their videos are typically all in one take and the choreo is AMAZING

Anonymous

You should react to Rolemodel’s album Rx!

Justice for Dermot Kennedy! His songs got me through my hardest times. Would love your review x

Amanda Hill

I really need you to listen to Salt in the Wound from boygenius’ first EP if you haven’t already. HAVE to see your reaction. 👏🏻

Samantha Leger

AGREED! We need him to review his early EP's and/or his stripped down videos. Dermot is hands down one of the best lyricist and is the best live performer I have ever seen. I saw him play years ago in a bar type venue with zero acoustics and it was like I died and went to heaven.

Selena Rasmussen

Troy you would LOVE Dermot Kennedy’s live at the museum strings performance. He is incredible

Regan

Dermot Kennedy Without Fear you won’t be disappointed.

Kieran

Just found this as I'm specifically looked up Dermot to see if you had done any of his music but gotta also shout-out for his first album, Without Fear! Absolutely stunning and beautiful
