hey whats good yall! here's our new music friday stream for the new tori kelly ep. after we tackled that we hit the new new mitski for the first time, a little bit of the new travis scott (there is an album with a ton of features), new boys like girls tune and the new New Jeans Super Shy! We're hitting Posty's new album today on stream at 12 as well.

I think some people in chat mentioned it but when New Jeans dropped their new IP they included music videos for a lot of songs— you should check out Cool with you! It’s a beautiful song and the music video is so freaking cool, it’s like a mini movie. Highly recommend. Also if you ever want to get more into reviewing k pop I would love it 😊 I’ve only started getting into it in the past month or so, so I’m still new but you should check out Twice! They’re an incredible group.

You should react to Tyler Childers!!!! His new song and video are so beautiful but also give his full album Purgatory a listen its SOOOO good. Also again asking you to please listen to Jason Isbell since you love a good country twang ;)

a lot of Mitskis' music is very poetic and complicated, but many of her songs are simple to understand. i may be a bit biased because she is my favorite artist but her stuff is very beautiful and I think you should give it more of a try! ethel Cain's music is definitely a bit more "weird" than hers, so it cant be too far out of your lane :) i would say Be the Cowboy is a good album to start with and that you would enjoy it!!

I would totally recommend you giving a listen to Florence + the Machine’s album Dance Fever! The album is full of life and Florence’s voice is absolutely magnificent :)

Definitely worth checking out Lawrence who work with Jon Bellion and are on his label. They will be opening for the Jonas Brothers on their tour. Besides all of that, they are INSANELY talented and it's just not fair. Their "acoustic" version of Don't Lose Sight is everything.

as a tori kelly fan foreeeever now: i felt the same way about this project as you... i think it could've been SO much better. i think it's just okay & also i dislike lots of lyrics/sound effects/production. being really really honest: i hope tori & jon never work together again (if the songs he produces are THIS predictable) lol. her earlier projects are soooooooooooo much better
