When I was 15, my best friend introduced me to All Time Low and I became obsessed. One Direction had just become a thing. After a year of love for the both, I discovered 5 Seconds of Summer just before their first self-titled album release and I have never known peace since 🤣

There are multiple instrumentals playing in the background. I think I recognized (in order) Beside You, Close as Strangers, Wrapped Around Your Finger. Every time I hear Beside You my mind goes to the "How Did We End Up Here" DVD. Yes, "Out Of My Limit" is one of 5SOS OG songs. They recreated the music video from 2013, which was my 1st ever 5SOS release, which is why this song will always have a special place in my heart. The commercial breaks are awesome. The 5Sauce one is pure unhinged entertainment. I love it so much! "Why are they so weird?" This is 5SOS we're talking about, Troy LOL Jet Black Heart is and will always be perfection. Troy, so proud of you for knowing Gotta Get Out, you are an OG. The fade from the 2012 music video to now broke my heart, I was instantly in tears. I feel you Troy I feel old too. This is the first 5SOS song ever written and the first song by Calum. I can't believe that's the first 5SOS song you've ever seen, that's crazy. Both OG songs being over 10 years old is crazy to me. My first 5SOS video was the "Teenage Dirtbag" cover. I watched it in December 2012 and have been a fan ever since. Youngblood into Ghost Of You is killer. I have shed so many proud tears during this show, Oh My God! Where are the Summer Brothers from? Oh man, Troy, you have to watch the video "5SOS do She Looks So Perfect as a fake country band", it's amazing! Calum could totally pull off country songs, not gonna lie. With Calum & Michael as a country duo, makes sense Ash & Luke would be a DJ duo LOL Wait a second, you didn't know Ashton played guitar? What? How? They all play guitar and piano. That "blues" acoustic version of Teeth is very beautiful and so freaking cool. Have you not seen the "No Shame" music video? Those are the same leopard prints. Pop-Punk will never die. 5SOS will always be pop-punk in a way. 2011 is a pure Michael & Calum song. The single version is awesome, the live version is pure bliss. The perfect closer for this show. AAAH I love 5sos. I was introduced to 5sos as a Junior in high school from your “BLENDER” reaction when I was in a really bad place mentally. Since then, they have become my favorite band, my comfort people. I went to my first concert ever last August, the 5sos Show, and it really felt like a full circle moment. Thanks for showing me my favorite band of all time :)

I'm sure I read somewhere that the guys spent $200k of their own money (as opposed to a label or management) to make this show for the fans who had all been waiting expectantly for how 5SOS were going to celebrate their 10 years together. I love the way they interwove live performances (again with some twists on arrangements ie acoustic Teeth and Amnesia with the strings) along with their very laid-back style and Aussie sarcastic brand of humour with an innate ability to poke fun at themselves. Not only did they do this, but they also produced a series on their YouTube channel called "5 Seconds of Summer Talk 10 Years". It is well worth watching as it's full of interesting facts spanning their career as well as some pretty funny stories which are animated to help bring them to life. Thanks again for watching this - it was a joy to experience it with you.
