Hello guys, as those who know me know that I am a friend of Edith Rodriguez, León Madero and all the guys from the ANNA Project… I want to share with you that we are still in quarantine until June 30. They told us that if the quarantine is lifted we have to go out and do our things but always taking into account our security measures such as: Go out with our mask with our gloves, with our gel alcohol to disinfect our hands, etc. Today I want to tell you that these days I was looking for some tips that we must take into account to take care of this virus. Well I tell you that here in Lima winter has already begun. Normally when winter begins we have to consume enough hot drinks and I was investigating because I usually get sick, I get a cold and I get the flu and I realized that we should take care of ourselves because a flu can unleash a coronavirus condition and that is what we should avoid. Well, I found a recipe for a special tea. What we are going to need to prepare it is an onion, a clove of garlic, kion or also called ginger and water. The first thing we have to do is wash the ingredients very well, once they are washed we put them in a small saucepan and add a cup of water to the boil. We wait about 10 minutes then we will strain it and it will be like a common tea. We are going to sweeten it with honey and we are going to drink it before going to rest. We can take it daily and it helps us to cleanse the body and also not to get sick. I have taken it for 2 weeks and the truth is that it has helped me enough, I have not grabbed myself, I have not gotten congested, my throat has not hurt and here in winter we must have enough hot drinks such as eucalyptus for example, although I do not know You should take it very often if not daily. I wanted to share this so that they do it at home in the same way if they go out on the street have their prevention measures and when they get home they pour alcohol and then bathe and put dirty clothes in a tub and wash it immediately so in this way we take care of we bring the virus in our clothes and then we put on comfortable clothes, we rest or do things around the house we clean a little tidy up good so as not to get bored I try to do activities such as watching a movie, reading a book, cleaning A little help in the kitchen and something that I love is filling a pupil or alphabet soup which is a great help in not stressing me out or making me anxious and I do recommend that you fill the pupils so that you don't get bored.
