[Poll] About free roam and Dedication party (Patreon)

So, let's start forming the update 0.2.0. 

First of all, I want to test the mechanics of free roam (FR). The "UoP" has never had anything like this before, and I don't want to translate the game completely to free movement gameplay. I just want to add some interactivity for the players in some situations. 

To test this mechanics, I chose an event with a party (initiation of freshmen into student life). I have several options for further development.
