As per request, this "shorter" Cooking With Nightfawn features 56ish minutes of me cooking vegetables and chicken. Then going crazy about shiitake mushrooms...

The amount I make would be good for two meals (in my opinion).

What you're gonna need for this episode if you're cooking along: 

  • 2 boneless chicken legs
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • your seasoning of choice
